Catalyst provides Primary and Back-up Dispatch and Interoperability solutions based on Radio control over IP (RCoIP) technology for the mobile radio industry. Catalyst provides three client applications that are the user facing software tools which are used for Primary Dispatch, Backup Dispatch, and/or Interoperability applications. These applications can be used in conjunction with one another within an overall system designed to improve the effectiveness of critical communications for public safety, transportation, energy, and government agencies.
IP|Console™
Catalyst’s Primary Dispatch Solution is our IP|Console client. IP|Console is a cost effective, full-featured Radio Control over IP dispatch solution for P25, Smartnet, EDACS, Conventional and other Land Mobile Radio and Cellular Push to Talk systems. IP|Console provides an intuitive, administrator defined console layout, is built on Catalyst’s scalable and fault tolerant architecture, and is supported by Catalyst’s critical communications grade support.
Propulsion Dispatch Console™
Catalyst’s newest dispatch console provides Critical Communications-grade support for Digital Mobile Radio (DMR) systems like Harris’ MomentumTM, Kenwood’s NEXEDGETM and FleetSyncTM, and Verizon Wireless Push-To-Talk. Intelligent interoperability between these systems as well as Project 25 allows your agency to communicate with other agencies. Configurable, modern graphics simply operations and reduce training time.
Desktop Dispatch|Console™
Catalyst’s Backup and Mobile Dispatch Solution is our Desktop Dispatch|Console client. Desktop Dispatch is a low cost, compact, easy to install application designed for fast deployment and exceptionally low bandwidth consumption. It allows anyone with a standard PC, speakers, a microphone, and a low bandwidth network connection to communicate with field personnel.
IntelliLink™
Catalyst’s Interoperability solution is our IntelliLink client, which leverages our advanced gateway technology to provide easy to set up and use patches between otherwise incompatible radio networks. Simple and complex patches involving multiple radio technologies, channel specific patches, and unidirectional patches can be created and activated in seconds—and it is fully integrated with and can be run alongside our Dispatch applications.
