Be assured that Catalyst is always available to support customer needs even if you do not subscribe to one of our Maintenance Support Plans. Calls to our Technical Support group will be billed at our standard rate of $100 per hour (8AM thru 5PM, Monday thru Friday, Eastern Time), and after hours or on Holidays at our premium rate of $250 per hour with a minimum of 1-hour.
