Robin has thirty years of experience designing, marketing, and implementing critical wireless communications systems. He has been president of Catalyst since 1997 and previously worked for Ericsson (now L3Harris) and TRW (now Northrop Grumman).

Joel Garner

Joel leads the efforts at Catalyst to create and develop strategic business partnerships to advance forward thinking technologies that support standards-based mission critical RCoIP Dispatch and Mobility, Land Mobile Radio Interoperability and LTE MCPTT Interworking communications solutions within the Public Safety, Government, Utilities, Education and Transportation markets. Mike has thirty-five years of experience in the design and development of distributed networked communication solutions for both data and voice applications. He has led Catalyst’s technology development in Voice over IP solutions since 2005 and previously worked for General Electric and Union Switch and Signal.
