Robin Grier
PRESIDENT

Robin has thirty years of experience designing, marketing, and implementing critical wireless communications systems. He has been president of Catalyst since 1997 and previously worked for Ericsson (now L3Harris) and TRW (now Northrop Grumman).

Jack Kelly
Vice President of Marketing

Jack has more than 30 years of executive sales and marketing leadership with public, private and venture backed technology companies. Jack’s association with Catalyst began in 1997.

John has more than 30 years of experience and brings a solid track record of building successful sales teams and GTM strategies for technology companies.

Vice President of business development

Edgar leads the efforts at Catalyst to create and develop strategic business partnerships to advance forward thinking technologies that support standards-based mission critical RCoIP Dispatch and Mobility, Land Mobile Radio Interoperability and LTE MCPTT Interworking communications solutions within the Public Safety, Government, Utilities, Education and Healthcare markets. Prior to Catalyst, Edgar was Motorola Solutions – Mission Critical Two-way Radio, Dispatch and Safety Reimagined Partner.

Mike Schools
Vice President of Engineering

Mike has thirty-five years of experience in the design and development of distributed networked communication solutions for both data and voice applications. He has led Catalyst’s technology development in Voice over IP solutions since 2005 and previously worked for General Electric and Union Switch and Signal.

Chris Worsham
Manager of Operations and Customer Service
Chris has been implementing Catalyst solutions for Public Safety, Federal, Utilities, Education and other agencies since 2006 and formerly served as a volunteer fire fighter.

Steve has 40 years of quality, programs and operations leadership experience with high technology companies with the last 20 years in LMR technology programs and operations. This includes the highest customer service, process, and operational excellence levels.
