President
With thirty years of experience in designing, marketing, and implementing critical wireless communications systems, Robin has served as President of Catalyst since 1997. He previously worked at Ericsson (now L3Harris) and TRW (now Northrop Grumman).

Jack brings more than 30 years of executive sales and marketing leadership within public, private, and venture-backed technology companies. His affiliation with Catalyst began in 1997.
John Hilliard
Vice President of Sales
John has over 30 years of experience, specializing in building successful sales teams and go-to-market strategies for technology firms.
Mike Schools
Vice President of Engineering
With 35 years of experience in designing and developing distributed networked communications solutions (voice and data), Mike has led Catalyst’s Voice over IP development since 2005. He previously worked for General Electric and Union Switch and Signal.
Chris Worsham
Manager of Operations and Customer Service
Chris has been implementing Catalyst solutions since 2006 for sectors such as public safety, federal agencies, utilities, and education. He formerly served as a volunteer firefighter.
Steve McElroy

Bringing 40 years of experience in quality, program, and operations leadership in high-tech companies, Steve has focused on LMR (Land Mobile Radio) technology programs for the last two decades.
